The Canadian Open, better known as the Rogers Cup, is an annual tennis tournament held in Canada. The tournament is a week long event and it usually starts on the civic holiday long weekend in August. The event is held in both Toronto and Montreal, with the men and women's matches alternate between the two cities.
The Rogers Cup is a good summer family outing option. For the price of a ticket to the center court, you also have access to other matches through out the day. The event is usually packed on the first 2 days. Going there on the third day, which falls on the civic holiday Monday, is the best option to avoid line ups.
